What we collect (very little)

TEMPER is a content site with a couple of free tools. We try to collect as little as possible.

Your streak stays on your device

The Discomfort Challenge Generator stores your streak in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we never see it. Clear your browser data and it's gone.

Email, only if you give it

If you sign up for our occasional letters, we use your email address only to send those, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell or rent it.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages help people, without building profiles of individuals.

Links out

We link to sources and to the StoicNow app. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.
